Position Overview: This role is an entry level production role that will be used fill current hourly vacancies within the manufacturing shop. Incumbents will perform a variety of tasks. After an initial training period of approximately 6 months, incumbents will be placed in an open vacancy within the facility. Candidates must have flexibility to rotate in different positions throughout the plant and work any shift.

Setting up presses
Assisting with Die Changes
Moving product in and out of the furnaces
Use of mobile equipment and cranes to move product around the facility
Uses a variety of lifting devices to move parts on and off pallets
Maintains a safe and organized work area and follows all company policy, safety and procedures
Completes data entry utilizing multiple internal computer software systems to progress parts throughout the facility accurately.
Must have understanding and knowledge of company procedures and work instructions

Basic functions of Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency with Tropos, Qpulse and Microsoft Office required.
Continuously required to wear common Protective or Safety Equipment such as Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection, Hard Hats.
Continuously required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Frequently required lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally required to sit.

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution
