Position Description

Utilizes a personal computer to write and transmit Masterkey Programming.

Perform setup utilizing GE Fanuc OT-B Number control, (NC),

Perform all phases of production setup.

Utilizes a personal computer to input statistical process control SPC data.

Assist in setups and monitoring in the Acme Drilling area on an as needed basis.

Perform Inspection on components to the proper production specifications.

Utilizes inspection equipment and gauging.

Perform pre and post production activities such as component weight counting, lubing parts, parts movement between locations and etc.

Perform basic machine preventive maintenance on equipment.

Performs other related duties in Punchout and product identification (ID).

Complete all necessary documents

Performs housekeeping duties on a regular basis as necessary.

Function in a team environment for problem solving.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution

Minimum 6 months experience working in Aerospace Fastener Manufacturing

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

2 Years experience working in Manufacturing

5 Year experience working with CNCs
